Beirut Arab University is looking for a Senior Specialist - Multimedia who will lead the planning, development, and execution of multimedia projects at the BAU Media Center. This role involves overseeing audio-visual production, managing technical operations, and mentoring staff. He/She will ensure high-quality delivery of media content that supports the Center’s trainings and outreach initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Audio-Visual Communication, Media Production, or a related field.

   

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.

• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing multimedia projects from concept to completion.
• Supervising the recording, editing, and production of video, audio, and digital content.
• Operating and maintaining advanced multimedia equipment (cameras, audio mixers, lighting, editing suites, etc…).
• Initiating innovative approaches and introducing new technologies to enhance the Center’s production quality.
• Training and guiding production staff members and interns in multimedia practices.
• Ensuring all social media outputs meet professional standards and align with the University’s objectives.
• Providing technical direction and support during training sessions and live events.
