Beirut Arab University is seeking a detail-oriented Specialist in the Registration department to support student services and registration operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing official student records and documents, coordinating with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, and ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of student services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken), with the ability to draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with students, faculty, and external institutions.
• 4 years of experience in registration, student services, or administrative roles is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing student records and documents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with student information systems/databases.
• Process all transcript and certificate order requests, including personal, mailing, and emailing requests.
• Prepare and issue customized attestations upon request, subject to the required administrative approval.
• Revise, audit, and validate certificates for newly accepted students.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, ensuring accurate and timely responses to official student documentation requests.
• Coordinate with the medical faculties to collect and organize required data and documents for the colloquium exam.
• Generate student ID cards.
• Administer exam proctoring activities, including planning and distribution of proctors.
• Perform additional student services and registration-related duties as assigned by the University.
